Human Resource Assistant
Job Description
Reporting to the Human Resource Officer, the position holder will be responsible for assisting in
human resource duties mainly.
Main areas of Responsibility
➢ Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
➢ Prepare new hire paperwork and support the onboarding process.
➢ Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical) in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
➢ Support HR functions such as training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
➢ Help coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training sessions.
➢ Handle administrative tasks such as preparing HR documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
➢ Answer employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
➢ Ensure confidentiality of employee records and sensitive HR information.
➢ Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Job Requirement
• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management and member of IHRM
• Familiar with the recruitment and HR processes
• 2 years proven working experience as a HR Assistant
• People oriented and results driven • Knowledge of HRMS software
• Knowledgable on labour laws
• Highly organized and efficient worker; skilled at multi-tasking
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Preferably a Man.
