Job Description
The Multimedia Content Creator is responsible for developing high-impact digital content, visuals, and user experiences that enhance brand engagement across social media, websites, and in-mall digital platforms. The role combines creative production, UI/UX design, and social media storytelling to ensure a cohesive, visually consistent presence for all Westgate Mall brands including Restaurants, W Exclusive Gym, Kids Corner, Westgate Cinema, and Strikez Bowling.

● Plan, capture, and edit engaging photos and videos for social media, campaigns, and digital screens.
● Create short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that align with each brand’s tone and aesthetic.
● Design motion graphics, animations, posters, and promotional materials for online and in-mall use.
● Ensure all creative work reflects current trends, brand guidelines, and storytelling goals.
● Collaborate with the Social Media Executive and Marketing Manager to develop visual content calendars.
● Produce platform-specific content optimized for engagement, reach, and conversion.
● Design interactive assets (polls, story templates, countdowns, etc.) that drive user participation.
● Analyze post-performance metrics to refine content strategy and visuals.
● Stay ahead of digital and social media trends to inform creative direction.
● Design and update website layouts, landing pages, and digital menus with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
● Create intuitive interfaces and visual mockups for web and mobile applications related to the brands.
● Collaborate with web developers to ensure design consistency and user experience optimization.
● Conduct usability testing and apply feedback to enhance user flow and visual appeal.
● Ensure all digital touchpoints (web, social, app, screens) reflect cohesive brand identity.
● Edit and retouch photos and videos to professional standards using Adobe Creative Suite.
● Apply brand-aligned typography, sound design, transitions, and visual effects.
● Manage digital asset organization, archiving, and retrieval for easy team access.
● Maintain content libraries categorized by brand and campaign.
● Uphold visual standards for all brands ensuring cohesive colors, fonts, and messaging.
● Develop innovative approaches for audience engagement through design and storytelling.
● Ensure compliance with content and brand guidelines across all media formats.
Job Requirement
● Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design, Film Production, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Communications, or related field.
● Proven experience in photography, videography, social media content creation, and UI/UX design.
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD, Lightroom, Figma).
● Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X) and content optimization.
